Simo has completed extensive training needs analysis, assessments, interviews and discussions with both front line supervisors and management. He has prepared curriculums and customize workshops and training material in both English and French to suit the learning needs and business requirements of the audience. In the past he has also delivered training programs of various lengths and complexities including accreditation support, programs focused on customer sales and service, interpersonal skill development and management effectiveness training. His teaching style is energic and participatory, very much focused on the active interaction of participants and the candid discussion that any successful experiential learning promotes. He wears his heart on his sleeve and smiles a lot.
